Digital Account Manager

Are you a paid search specialist who has had experience managing a high volume of PPC campaigns who is looking to be more involved in directly managing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive business results for clients?

Boathouse is looking for a self‐motivated, detail‐oriented, highly qualified Digital Account Manager with at least 8 years of experience managing metric‐driven cross‐channel advertising campaigns for clients. The ideal candidate should possess a firm grasp of the primary online marketing strategies: digital display, SEO, paid search, social, content marketing, targeting and retargeting.

Day‐to‐day responsibilities include cultivating and nurturing strong working relationships with clients, working with the media team to develop effective results‐oriented marketing strategies and campaigns, managing and executing digitally‐focused campaigns from kickoff through the optimization process, as well as working with the analytics team to analyze and report on campaign performance. This position is often the primary day‐to‐day interface with mid‐to‐senior level client decision‐makers.

  • Help to train new team members in agency process and procedures
  • Function as an informational source of your clients business for all team members across the agency
  • Ensure the accuracy of client scopes/budgets and invoices for all services
  • Engage with clients and work collaboratively to exceed expectations
  • Effectively balance the dual expectations of your clients and the agency
  • Work across multiple companies, brands, products and industries with ease

You have:

  • Passion for digital marketing and PPC campaigns
  • A desire to be more involved working directly with clients and building relationships
  • Sound analytical skills; can collaborate with the media team and the analytics group to monitor & manage integrated
  • digital campaigns against established benchmark/KPIs
  • The ability to manage multiple planned and unplanned projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing a high volume of PPC campaigns – and have worked in an advertising agency or a digital
  • marketing company in a position responsible for delivering ROI
  • Google Analytics and Google Adwords certifications
  • Proven track record of using biddable media to acquire, engage, and nurture users throughout the funnel
  • Experience with Google Display Network, including remarketing and contextual advertising
