Account Manager (entry-level)

Boathouse is looking for a highly motivated, analytically‐driven individual to join the Account Management team. In this entry‐level position, day‐to‐day responsibilities would include client service support, project management/scheduling and budget tracking.

You can:

  • Coordinate with agency team members to develop project schedules for all client deliverables
  • Serve as liaison between client and all internal departments for the tactical execution of all campaigns
  • Provide day‐to‐day management of assigned accounts; ensure that client campaigns, measurement reports and projects are functioning appropriately and delivered accurately
  • Evaluate competitive advertising/communications and provide insights that impact campaign strategy and execution
  • Monitor project budgets to ensure efficient delivery of project deliverables
  • Ensure the accuracy of client invoicing for all services
  • Engage with clients and work collaboratively to exceed expectations
  • Act as a client advocate within the agency

You have:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to multi‐task
  • Passion for understanding how marketing analytics can help drive business
  • Experience being a member of a team
  • A bachelor’s degree from a four‐year college or university
  • One to two years of related experience working, or interning, at an advertising agency
  • Experience in the online/digital environment a PLUS
