Making a difference in people’s lives.
In early 2019 we helped launch a new health care company, Beth Israel Lahey Health.
This new organization brings together academic medical centers and teaching hospitals, community and specialty hospitals and more than 4,000 physicians.
From the start, BILH enjoyed a strong sense of mission and a high-quality system of care - hospitals, doctors, clinics, offices, etc. - that covered all of Eastern Massachusetts. They were doing things differently, like placing mental health and addiction services in primary care offices.
The challenge was to bring all of this fresh thinking and energy to life in a market that had, up until then, been dominated by the giant Partners Health Care and everyone else.
The answer started with a word: healthier. Making people healthier. Making communities, populations and the health care system itself healthier. It was what motivated the 35,000 employees and what drove the new organization’s mission. And around healthier, a whole brand came to life.
