Paid Social Specialist
Boathouse is looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and analytical individual to join the Paid Social team. In this entry-level position, the ideal candidate would be qualified to:
Help to develop paid social media strategies and campaigns as part of larger performance marketing strategies for clients in various industries
Manage day-to-day execution, project deliverables, and optimization tasks for paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, X, etc.)
Track and manage pacing and delivery against plans and budgets
Support the team by monitoring trends, best practices, and techniques, and identifying new partners or tools that can help the team work more efficiently and effectively
Partner with Ad Operations during trafficking/QA processes to ensure flawless execution
Work with Analytics to review and analyze results to inform reports for clients, showcasing the value/impact of campaign strategies
Assist with presentations and recommendations, work collaboratively with internal teams, and be comfortable sharing with clients
Participate in monthly finance processes and ensure accuracy across platform invoices and internal billing systems
You have:
1-2 years of related experience working or interning in a marketing- or advertising-based role
Experience in paid social media or digital media planning
Familiarity with major social media platforms
Experience being a member of a team
Strong organizational and communication skills
A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

Full-time hire only.
Full remote and hybrid flexible available. Candidate does have to be available to work during U.S. East Coast hours (8:30–5:30 ET).
